Processing & Shipping Time
● Orders usually ship within 3 business days（except Sunday）.
● All items are carefully hand-packed before shipment. Yet checking the parcel before signing for it is suggested.
● Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with any tracking information available: you can check order status accordingly.
● Tracking may not be available immediately, contact firstname.lastname@example.org with order tracking.
● Order over $100 enjoys free shipping via China Post Air Mail.(Certain Products Excluded, Distributors Excluded)
● Order over $300 enjoys free shipping via DHL.(Certain Products Excluded, Distributors Excluded)
(We will choose the most suitable to your country courier.)
To avoid possible parcel lost in transit, the Registered Air Mail shipping is not available for order over $200.
We currently ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS and China or Hong Kong Post Air Mail.
The delivery time does not include the processing time.
While we try to process orders the next business day after they are received, please allow 1-3 business days for processing, especially at peak times and following weekends.
China orHong Kong Post Mail
● China or Hong Kong Post Air Mail can be tracked.
● China or Hong Kong Post Air Mail has NO insurance.
● This shipping service usually takes 20 to 25 days, but it is not guaranteed.
● We will only accept this shipping method for orders under $200 and weigh less than 1 KG.
● Hong Kong Post Air Mail is low cost and used at your own risk, it has experienced a few delays and parcel missing.
Any cost due to your choice of Hong Kong Post Air Mail should not be borne by Duinopeak, meaning we will not resend your order if it was missing or damaged.
● Pending: Your payment has not been cleared. And your order will not be shipped.
● Processing (Packing): Your order is under packing, and usually will be sent to the logistics center at the same day.
● Processing (Backordered): Few items of your order are out of stock. I needs backorder. For most items, it takes 5-7 business days to restock.
● Shipped: When your order status is marked as "shipped", it is on the way to courier. You should receive a tracking number when your order is under this status.
● We will ship to the shipping destination you provided for the order. Please email us if there is any change to that.
● You will get an email or two for the new address confirmation.
